The internet (or worldwide web) is basically free due to American administration. If the UN were to gain control, who knows what kind of corruption could destroy it's freedom of expression. Sorry to be political and I apologize if I sound somewhat chauvinistic, but America invented the internet (sorry, Mr. Gore) and America must maintain control or this new and great institution could be destroyed.
